NTV Success!

Success! NTV have recieved 3 Highly Commended Awards at NaSTA (National Student Television Assosciation Awards) this weekend. 1 more award than last year!

These were for Best Ident – Forest Dream by Christian Britten 2nd Year DFT ; Best Comedy – TVAT News 1.5 by James Button & Luke Davies 1st Year F&V; and Best On-Screen Female – Danielle Bevan-Jones 2nd Year DFT.

NTV also won the ‘Golden Bodge’ – a film made in an hour challenge against 10 other groups. The rules allow no editing and have to include randomly assigned subject, style and line - we won this in assosciation with TCTV, Newcastle Uni’s TV Station! 13 of our members attended LSUTV(Loughborough)‘s wonderful NaSTA weekend and conference, and have returned full of hope and inspiration for the future, determined to continue and enhance our programming, and scoop even more awards next year in Nottingham!
