Yeah deffinately! Hopefully this year we wont have so much rain during BBQ season. Yeah, we're deciding whether to go with Alpha...christianity explored was a bit painful with the vids. Did you see any of the Nooma videos? We might be showing a series of those instead. Theyre so brilliant :] and actually, we might give some of our own talks. Keep it down to earth, yknow.

Hey, we're the Christian Union. We are basically a community of people that believe in God and want to invite others to become a part and get involved!
Everyone and anyone is welcome. You don't have to be or do anything at all. Really. Honestly.

Newport CU is a community.
We are all exploring what it means to be living a life for a purpose that is bigger than ourselves, one that is given to us by God. Newport CU is simply a place to encourage, support and explore together as we live for this purpose. We are real with each other as we work out our faith in God and encourage others to join in.

An invitation.
Newport CU would love for you to join in! We have something to offer that we think you need. In the bible, Jesus describes God's way like a party where those invited found many different excuses not to come, and then missed out. The host then invites everyone in the streets and ghettos to come and enjoy the party. Our aim is to invite you to the party and to enjoy it.
Jesus asks us to "come and see". You don't have to be anything but interested. Everyone is welcome!
